Article 1 - Applicability
1.1. These General Conditions of The Outdoor Firm (the General Conditions) with the exclusion of any other Terms and Conditions apply to all offers of The Outdoor Firm, which in any way appear.
1.2. In addition to the General Conditions, if stressed, Additional Conditions applicable to certain services and / or products. If there are differences between the Additional Terms and Conditions of differences, then the provisions of the Additional Terms and Conditions above Conditions unless otherwise specified.
1.3. Deviations from the General Conditions shall be valid only if in writing with The Outdoor Firm agreed.

Article 2 - Offers and development agreements
2.1. All offers or quotations are free. Offers and quotations should be regarded as an invitation to the potential buyers to make an offer. The Outdoor Firm is in no way be bound, unless it is clearly written and recorded. Acceptance of the invitation to make an offer by the potential seller as an offer and leads only to the creation of an agreement as to the other provisions of this article.
2.2. Offers and contracts made subject to the availability of products (while stocks last).

Article 3 - Special orders
3.1. The Outdoor Firm will for special orders of articles not included in the normal range, require a deposit of at least 20% of the purchase price (including Tax)
3.2. By special orders will be shipping-costs calculated from supplier to The Outdoor Firm on behalf of buyer.
3.3. If the seller for his specially ordered not want to diminish The Outdoor Firm is entitled to breach or to recover the deposit without any obligation to the seller to retain as compensation for by The Outdoor Firm incurred. This review of The Outdoor Firm.

Article 4 - Liability
4.1. The liability of The Outdoor Company is at all times limited to the amount it was paid by the seller under the agreement.
4.2. The Outdoor Firm is never liable for injuries or indirect damages related to its sales of products including profit or loss of business, business interruption or other consequential damages from the seller.
4.3. The liability of The Outdoor Company regarding its products sold is limited to the warranty obligations, unless and to the extent otherwise result from a mandatory legal provision.

Article 5 - Prices
5.1. All prices are expressed in Euros, in accordance with the legislation and are inclusive of Tax.
5.2. Special offers are only valid for the duration as indicated in the special offer. This listing is printed in a brochure or listed on the website relating to this special offer.
5.3. The seller must pay the price that The Outdoor Firm in its confirmation in accordance with these conditions has communicated. Manifest (manipulation) mistakes in the quote, such as obvious mistakes, may also after the agreement by The Outdoor Firm be corrected.

Article 6 - Payment
6.1. The Outdoor Firm sells only cash.
6.2. A cash payment can be made with cash in Euros or by means of advance via I-Deal, or through advance via a credit card issued by Mastercard ,Visa or American Express. The payments are brought to Payment Network AG and PayPal.

Article 7 - Supply and delivery
7.1. Delivery is as far as possible directly purchased unless otherwise. If stocked delivery within 7 working days. The Outdoor Firm can not be held liable for late delivery which is caused by the parcel and / or carrier.
7.2. If delivery can not take place because an item is sold out or temporarily not available, it will already prepaid amount, including shipping if applicable, shall be refunded by The Outdoor Firm on behalf of the purchaser.

Article 8 - Exchange
8.1. Exchange from articles by The Outdoor Firm are possible within 7 working days after purchase date in the original packaging intact.
8.2. Exchange is only possible on presentation of the original purchase receipt clearly showing the purchase date is displayed. The costs of return are for the buyer, except a right to appeal to the "not good money back" scheme.
The Outdoor Firm will, in case of dissolution within 14 days after the date of receipt of the return paid back pay.
8.3. In the case of exchange items which have been purchased at The Outdoor Firm, the costs for administration and shipping costs to the United Kingdom will be € 10,00 for each new delivery.
8.4. Of exchange are excluded: specially ordered articles.

Article 9 - Exchange of clearance - articles
9.1. Exchange from The Outdoor Firm purchased clearance items may be brought within 3 business days after purchase date in the original packaging intact.
9.2. Exchange is only possible on presentation of the original purchase receipt clearly showing the purchase date is displayed. The cost of return are for the buyer.
9.3. In case of exchange of clearance items will not reimburse. The buyer would then have the opportunity for the purchase price, excluding shipping costs, buy another article at The Outdoor Firm. In this case, the cost of shipment are for the buyer.

Article 10 - Warranty and repair
10.1. For The Outdoor Firm delivered products only guarantee, as provided by the manufacturer of the product is granted. The Outdoor Firm performs during the warranty period only a window function on behalf of the manufacturer.
10.2. For warranty provisions, the seller has allways presentation the original purchase receipt clearly showing the purchase date is displayed.

10.4. The Outdoor Firm aims to work with its suppliers (the guarantor) all warranty claims within five weeks to act. The deadline applies only as an indication and is never a deadline.

Article 11 – Property conditions

Article 12 - Force majeure

Article 14 - Miscellaneous
14.1. The Outdoor Firm is registered with the Chamber of Commerce to Enschede, the Netherlands under registration number 06030924. The VAT identification NL169339294B01.

Article 15 - Applicable law and disputes
15.1. The agreement with the seller (s) and these Terms and Conditions is dutch law.
15.2. All disputes arising in connection with offers or agreements as provided in these Terms and Conditions will be brought before the competent court in Almelo, the Netherlands.
